09-10 YEARBOOK ¿y un anuario en USA? Check it out!!

Hello!!
Como tod@s sabéis estamos en la elaboración del NEW YEARBOOK! para el año 2009- 2010. Al final de esta semana recogeré los folios de representantes de anuario para así poder reunirnos antes de vacaciones de Navidad. Este año quiero que nuestro objetivo sea común, es decir, que vosotros seáis participantes activos en su creación para así hacer cada año un anuario mejor.

Muchos el año pasado comentabais lo caro que era el precio del Yearbook - Anuario y mientras investigaba por Internet encontré esta página donde te dice el precio de un anuario en USA. HAVE A LOOK!!

Impressive, isn´t it?? Bueno, lo importante es hacer uno en el que disfrutemos, riamos, recordemos, y estemos orgullos de nosotros mismos porque todos juntos somos "LUX MUNDI"

Well, I have recently added two new things to our blog: Google finder and Slide photos.
Slide photos: You can watch pictures from last year posts and events. Just click on the play icon, or click on the photos and you will go to my picasa archives. Just enjoy!!

Finder: You can look for things you have said if you write your name or look for stuff in the blog. This gadget is on the right hand side of the page. (Puedes buscar cosas que hayas dicho si escribes tu nombre o busca cualquier otra cosa en el blog)

Summer is about to finish!! and tomorrow is September 1st!! I hope you had a great summer with your family and friends and that your batteries are loaded for this new and exciting school year.

Recordaros que el examen de recuperación de Inglés es el miércoles 2 de septiembre de 10 a 11 para la ESO, y el mismo día para Bachillerato de 12 a 13.30. La entrega de notas de Secundaria y 1º Bachillerato será el martes 8 de Septiembre a las 10:00 en el aula de cada grupo.

Video: Aventura en Museo BURKE (Seattle)

En el siguiente VIDEO veréis a Edu, como después de la visita al Museo Burke, se lanza ante
el desafío de comerse unos CRICKETS (grillos) o WORMS(lombrices). La idea original fue de Fran García que nos desafió a todos a comernos las lombrices, pero cuando la profesora Laura vió lo que compraba desafió a todos a un nuevo reto: CRICKETS!!!
En las fotos del anuario podréis ver algunas fotos, pero muchas veces una imagen vale más que mil palabras...

Enhorabuena al grupo de Miguel Pérez, Javier Quesada G, Lucía Ortega, Beatriz Quesada F, y Laura Polo. En la foto la directora Mamen Rico fue a la clase para darles la enhorabuena y la buena noticia. Fue una lastima que no pudieran asistir por la tarde a recoger sus premios.

Esta semana pasada se celebró en nuestro colegio la semana del libro y homenaje a C.Darwin. Y con este tema se organizó un concurso de cuentos para infantil-primaria y un concurso de murales en secundaria.
